You’ll lead Founding Journey’s consistent newsletter and podcast sponsorship sales, getting commission on any deals you bring in alongside a base salary, and also help us launch new media brands with sponsor support.

Also note that you won’t be stepping into the wild west — we’ve built a simple but effective system for identifying and surfacing leads over the last 2 years. You’ll have free reign to make changes, though.
While the role is part-time to start, our business is expanding dramatically in 2025. We’ll be launching multiple new media brands with large and highly targeted initial audiences baked in.
We expect to be able to sell sponsorships across various verticals, and for this role to have the option to become full-time along with being in position to lead a team (we prefer to promote internally when feasible).
Comp is competitive (base + commission) and will be commensurate with your experience.
